By attending a Bali in England event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All attendees must behave respectfully and in alignment with the event’s spiritual and communal values.

While our events are designed to support wellbeing, they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you have any physical or mental health conditions, please consult a qualified professional before participating.

BIE and its facilitators accept no liability for injuries or health issues arising from participation unless caused by proven negligence.

 

4. Children and Pets

  • Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Pets are permitted at outdoor events, provided they are on a lead and under control. Pet owners are fully responsible for their animals’ behaviour and waste disposal.

 

5. Food, Drink, and Alcohol

Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol in moderation. However:

  • Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Any unsafe or disrespectful conduct may result in removal.

 

6. Photography and Media Consent

By attending a BIE event, you consent to being filmed or photographed by our media team or community members. These images and recordings may be used for promotional content across our:

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify a team member upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

7. Cancellations and Event Changes

BIE reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Facilitator availability

  • Low attendance

  • Any other unforeseen circumstances

Notice of changes will be made via:

  • Any third-party sites where events are listed (e.g., Eventbrite, Meetup)

Please check these platforms prior to attending. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs resulting from changes or cancellations.
